Who am I

My name is Mark Davis and this is a blog about skateboarding. I have been involved in the lifestyle, progression, growth, diversity, and .......for more than two and half decades. My second love and first passion has has had me navigating and carousing the urban canvases from honolulu to washington DC. Although my initial introduction to the sport started on an army base in Germany, I didnt completely fall in love with it until moving to Maryland. Thats where I saw two movies, Gleaming the Cube, and Police academy 3, that would take my wonder into curiousity and begging my mother for one of the 4 wheeled planked skates. This blog is about that moment until now. It is about the journey, forefathers, brands, and cityscapes that have continued to hold my interest in this activity for so long. Lets Ride.
